Elementary Summer School will be held at Crescent Elementary School. 

Summer School runs June 9th through July 2nd,  from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., which includes a free breakfast and lunch for all students. Doors will open at 7:45 a.m.  

Bowen’s Bus Service will be providing transportation to school for students that are currently 4 years old and above.  If you signed up for bus transportation for your student(s), you should receive a postcard from Bowen’s.  If you are sending your student to school on the bus the first day, please attach a label to them with their name and bus number on it.  

Important Information:

• Parent drop off/pickup will be door #4. Parents can park in the parking lot to the left of the school and enter door #4.  (Door #4 is the door that faces the big parking lot that is to the left of the school.)

• If your student will require any prescription or non-prescription medications, a parent or guardian must bring the appropriate completed form and the medication in the original labeled container to the office.

• Call 715-365-9120 for any questions or concerns.

• If you have any end of the day transportation changes during Summer School, send a note with your student or contact the office at 715-365-9120 before 11:00 a.m.  

• If your child is ill or will not be attending for any reason, please call the office at the above number.   

• If your student is scheduled for CAVOC or usually needs sunscreen or bug spray, apply at home.  Many classes will be outside.  Do not send sprays or lotions with students.

• Bring a backpack and water bottle with the student's name on it.

• Lockers will not be provided.

The middle school summer school will meet for eighteen (18) days, starting June 9 and finishing July 2nd.  Classes will meet between 8:15 a.m.-12:00 p.m.  Breakfast and lunch are free and available to all students.  Breakfast will be served from 8:00 am until 8:15 am.  Lunch will be served from noon until 12:15 pm.

Parochial or non-district Students Registration Steps:

1. Click on this link to enroll.
2. Once enrolled, someone from the district will contact you with information on how to create an account in Infinite Campus.
3. Follow the steps above once your account is created.

When the portal closes and closer to the end of the school year, (approximately mid May), you will receive more information.

Students OR Parents must log into their own Infinite Campus Account and Choose their courses, this is not available by paper.

Program Objectives

• To enhance skills in reading, language arts and math.

• To provide math and reading interventions to move students towards grade level proficiency.

• To provide enrichment opportunities for all students to develop their skills and talents.

Important Information:

• Due to construction, parent drop-off will be at Door #14 in the back of the building. Parents can only access the back of the building by going through the high school parking lot and following the signs to the Hodag Dome.  Only busses will have access to the side parking lot that is generally used for parent parking. We ask that during summer school, parents only use the back parking lot.

Note:  Students absent for more than 3 days may be removed from our summer school program.  Respectful and responsible behavior is expected in order to maintain enrollment.
