The Need

Over the past two years, the district has met with more than 30 local industry partners to understand what skills are needed in their workforce. With guidance from a community survey, the district has decided to focus on technical education additions and renovations at the high school. The middle school would also see significant updates in tech ed, art, family and consumer education, choir and special education classrooms / labs. The addition also improves building security and bus pick-up / drop-off traffic flow. Over 75% of all survey respondents said they would definitely or probably support the proposed referendum.
