The School District of Rhinelander Human Resources Department is committed to serving its students, parents, employees and community utilizing best employment practices within our available resources. The Human Resources staff seeks to employ staff that personally subscribe to the goals and vision established by the District and who are willing to work with and support others in a collaborative effort to attain these goals and vision. The Human Resources staff provides leadership in recruitment, selection, interviewing, and recommendations for employment of all new personnel to the District and is responsible for the transfer assignments of personnel within the District.
Administration of District negotiations and labor relations policies and procedures are coordinated by the Human Resources Department, which ensures equitable and fair implementation of school board policies and procedures and negotiated collective bargaining agreements related to employment. The Department maintains personnel employment records consistent with local, state, and federal regulations.
