Rhinelander Area Local Scholarships

The 2025 Rhinelander Local Scholarship application window will officially open to students on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 – Monday, March 3, 2025. The Scholarship Award Ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 3:00-5:00 in the John and Dori Brown Performing Arts Center. 

Last year's Scholarship Award Ceremony included 212 scholarship awards totaling $292,920 to 69 recipients. We would like to thank the 122 donors that make this event possible. Please check out the Rhinelander Area Scholarship Foundation web page for further information regarding our scholarship program and if you are interested in becoming a member.

Helpful Tips:

• Read the criteria to ensure you are eligible for the scholarship.
• Pay close attention to the scholarship deadline(s) as these are firm.
• Follow directions very carefully. Most committees will disregard your application if you are missing application materials and will not notify you if your application is incomplete.
• Submit a neat (preferably typed), proofread, and complete application without grammatical errors!
• Showcase your skills, strengths, and achievements.  Don't be afraid to "toot your horn!" Your application is what the scholarship committee reviews carefully to evaluate you.
