Greater than one in every four people over the age of 65 report a fall during a year. Falling once doubles your chances of falling again. Fall related injuries cost the United States over 50 BILLION dollars annually. Participants will learn about risk factors that can cause falls, exercises that can decrease the risk of falling, and some suggestions for how to prevent falling.
