Key Club
A self-governing organization that determines it’s own service activities. This club is affiliated with the Wisconsin-Upper Michigan District and Key Club International. Key Club is an international, student-lead organization providing its members with opportunities to perform service, build character, and develop leadership.

Meetings: Twice a month, every second and fourth Tuesday
Room 205 7:30 - 7:50 am.
Students are encouraged to check out the bulletin board on 2nd floor.

Mock Trial
Mock Trial is an extra-curricular activity, which simulates a courtroom trial. Students play the role of witnesses and attorneys in a fact situation provided by the State Bar. They are judged by real attorneys and judges at the Regional Level, and by the State Supreme Court in the State Tournament Finals.

Debate
Debate is a timed contest between two, two person teams, the affirmative and the negative. Each team works within the framework of a chosen topic called the resolution. Emphasis is placed on skill development in areas such as analysis, research, argumentation and speech. Participants travel and compete with other high school debate

National Honor Society
National Honor Society is composed of selected students with a cumulative GPA of 3.8 or higher who also demonstrate outstanding character, leadership and service to community. The organization sponsors a scholarship drive by selling weekly “Dress Down Day” stickers to faculty. NHS also provides ice cream sundaes to staff on Parent Teacher Conference days. NHS calculates and distributes academic letters and bars to eligible students, and it sponsors the annual homecoming talent show.

Drama
Students audition, prepare and perform 2 drama productions per school year. They are involved in all facets of the production, which include, acting, set design, costumes, lighting and drama competition.

S.A.D.D.
Sponsor and promote students making healthy choices. Encourage seat belt use by the student population. Encourages High School student body to stay drug free. Encourages healthy choices around Snow Ball and Prom by sponsoring a speaker to address the student body. Promote Red-ribbon week to elementary schools.

Shodags
Shodags Show Choir is a musical song’n dance group. It performs at school functions as well as community gatherings. It is a class, which meets daily. (See course description book)

German Club
The German Club travels to Germany as part of GAPP every 2 years. Host German students every 2 years. Raise money through candy sales, fruit sales, advent calendar sales, etc. for both events. Other events include a lock-in, movie night, caroling, picnic, bowling, and out to eat. Students must take a German class offering to be in this club.

Spanish Club
Spanish club plans and fundraises foreign language trips abroad. Students must take a Spanish class offering to be in this club.

Student Council:
This student organization meets during school about twice a month to resolve issues in the school and provide services and events for the students and staff. Participants are either elected to a council office in April, a class office in May, or selected as a class representative. The 44-member group must practice dedication and responsibility in order to improve the school.
