Mr. Keats joined RHS in August, 2010. He has been an educator for over 25 years and served as a principal for 13 years prior to joining the RHS staff. Mr. Keats enjoys traveling and vacationing with his family, being outdoors walking and biking, and golfing with his children.
Mr. Ditzler joined the staff of RHS in 2006 and works closely with Mr. Keats to ensure a program of excellence for all students. When he is not at school, Mr. Ditzler spends time with his wife and daughters, playing golf, or getting out in the woods for hunting.

Mr. LaHam joined the administrative team as the Activities Director in the fall of 2008. He has been a teacher and a coach much of his life and is a lifelong advocate of students being involved in school outside of the classroom.
