Customer Service

What is the FISH Philosophy?

The FISH Philosophy originated from Pike's Fish Market, a local business in Seattle, Washington. The employees at Pike's have a laser-like focus on doing one thing better than any of their competitors --- Customer Satisfaction. The FISH Philosophy is guided by the four ingredients to make Customer Satisfaction the best around:

1. Be There

2. Play

3. Make Their Day

4. Choose Your Attitude

We use the FISH Philosophy in professional development with our staff. We attempt to model these four ingredients with our staff and, in turn, have set an expectation for our staff to model these four tenets with our customers, the students and families at JWMS.
