Here is a link to the file stored in our Google Docs for sdrschools.org. First, login to your sdrschools.org account.  Then, click on the link to open the file. Save a copy in your Google Docs and edit it to meet your needs.  Then, grab the embed code and add the form to your webpage in CMS4Schools.  Direct your students to the form that is on your webpage whenever they are turning in an assignment they created using Google Docs. "Easy peasy", says NanBrarian!  To see the student assignments, follow the directions on the form (Click on Filter tab at bottom of form and use pull down button on the yellow sections to see Hours and Assignments turned in).
