Circulation Policy
Items can be checked out using our Self Checkout workstation. If you have an overdue item, students need to complete any check outs with the LMC staff.
Books and eReaders can be checked out for 14 days. Books can be renewed up to 2 loan periods. ePeriodicals on our eReaders do not circulate.
Interlibrary Loan Policy
The LMC can obtain material from other libraries in Wisconsin. Materials (books, videos, etc.) are sent by a courier delivery service directly to our LMC. The owning library may restrict the amount of time that material is borrowed, and you must follow their guidelines.
You may use our ILL request system to request your own ILL items. You will need to use the special WISCAT link located on our Databases list.
Delivery times vary depending upon whether the material is currently available and where the material is owned. If the material is owned and available in the WVLS (Wisconsin Valley Library System) region, you will usually get the item in one week. Material that comes from other parts of the state or from another state can take weeks to arrive. Please plan accordingly.
