Class Sign Up and Calendars

How to Make a Lab Reservation

1.  Look Up

  • Use the calendars (shown below the form) to check availability of the LMC Reference Lab, LMC Teaching Lab, RM 232 Computer Lab, Portable Lab (K.Coates), RM 307 Matyska Lab, and LGI    These calendars are view only.
  • Other classroom labs may be available in Rm 107 and  Digital Media Lab.  Please arrange directly with the teachers (Matyska and Panke).
  • Netbooks (30) are located in six classrooms - Estreen, Johnson, Jaeger, Nelson/Stingl, DeBuhr & Laggis.

2.  Fill out the Form

  • Sign up using the online form.  If you are in a rush, print this page, fill it out by hand and bring it to the LMC.  Plus, we still take phone calls :) - ext 8400 or 8403, if you need assistance.

3.  Confirmations by email (your copy and an LMC confirmation)

  • email #1 - Your request automatically sends a copy to you (please look for it).
  • email #2 - Your request also generates a work order and is sent to the LMC staff.  We manually add your reservation into the Google Calendar. After the LMP or Nan enters your request, we send a final LMC confirmation email back to you.

4. Check our Work (optional)

  • After receiving a confirmation from LMC staff, return to this page. Verify your name is in the correct location. To change or cancel a request contact the LMC by email or phone.

NOTE:  Two carts of laptops (15) are located in Lynn Lintereur and Kathy Wawrzyowicz classrooms.  The Portable Lab (10) is in Kay Coates classroom. Please call them to make individual arrangements and to determine availability.  RHS extensions:  Lynn #8248; Kathy #8203; Kay #8122.
