This is a portrait of me drawn by one of my Kindergarten art students. I am the art teacher for Pelican and Crescent Schools and teach grades K-3 there. I am also the art teacher for Northwoods Community Elementary School (NCES) and teach grades K-5. This is my 21st year of teaching art.  I have my BS in Art and Art Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and have my MA in Education from Viterbo University.

I am a native of Rhinelander and went to Pelican and McCord Elementary Schools, James Williams Jr. High School, and Rhinelander High School.

When not in school teaching art, one of my main hobbies is breeding and showing English style Labrador Retrievers.  My kennel name is Linro Labradors. I travel to conformation shows in WI and MN whenever I am able.  You can visit my "furkids" at my website: www.linrolabradors.com
