Inclement Weather – Classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather. You will be contacted by phone or by email if this is the case. If Rhinelander schools are cancelled due to inclement weather, Community Education classes will also be cancelled. We are not required to provide a refund to participants if classes are cancelled due to weather, however, we will make our best efforts to reschedule the class for a different day.
Other Cancellations – A class might be cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance, such as an instructor being ill. In this case, we will attempt to find a replacement instructor. If we are unable to find a replacement instructor, we will try to reschedule the class for a different day. If we are unable to reschedule the class, refunds will be issued.
General Refund Policy – The decision to run or cancel a class is often based on the number of registrations/payments. Therefore, refunds will not be issued to those who drop from a class after the registration deadline. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, refunds or credits will be issued to those who have registered.
